Review: This is all a silly witch hunt. Giving employees a small break on their exercise price was no big deal. The only economic impact is slightly less cash coming into the company for shareholders should the employee exercise. Peanuts compared to the absurd non-cash accounting implications under the absurd accounting rules. Now to the extent these low-exercise price options went to top executivess and the board of directors, that's different. Otherwise it is nothing other than a tiny inducement to help hire critical talent.

Review: Kudos to BW for bringing these stories out in the open. Although that means my BRCM stock holding is taking a hit.
