Review: Devon Energy, with 90% of its oil and gas, {61% gas} reserves in North America and the safety from nationalization or terrorists, is the most attractive takeover target in the energy market. BP, Conoco, and Royal Dutch Shell have their eyes on them. It's just a matter of time.

Review: OilGear (OLGR:NDAQ) is not an energy firm, per se. Also, I believe there may have been some "leakage" on that deal with respect to someone knowing it was in progress in advance last week. Check out last week's trading volume vs. the previous three weeks.
