Review: As a user of the MiniMed Insulin Pump for 33 years, and knowledgable of the devise you showed, there are many issues with the devise you showed that are not at issue with the pump. The Continuouse Glucose Monitoring System (CGMS) is so far advanced and new that many don't even know it exists. Please research and get the message out. Insulin dependent diabetics need the control (which is the most important issue in a diabetic's life) that can be achieved by used of the pump.

Review: Kurt, Nice article. As one who recently underwent a surgical procedure with the Davinci robot, I was surprised that there was no mention of this excellent device which not only has allowed much less invasive procedures but also substantially reduced hospital stays. More procedures every day are being done with this device. It is truly "disruptive technology". Again, great article!

Review: This is nothing new as there are multiple insulin pumps out there that are much more advanced. Take the Minimed pump I wear, the newest technology coupled with a wireless blood sugar device which measures your sugar every five minutes automatically and soudns an alarm if its too high or low.
