Review: Just got back from Israel. Felt safe all throughout the land from Tel Vive, Galliee to Masada, into the West Bank to Jerico, Bethleham, and the Muslim Quarter in the Holy City of old Jerusalem. The worst of my beautiful trip was the security at the Jerusalem Airport going home. Evidently the security people think pottery plates from Bethlehem are made of plastic explosives and that they are protecting their security by harrassing chubby little old grandma's by taking away their tickets home to the USA. I was raised on films celebrating the rebuilding of Tel Aviv after WWII, and Bible storys were my bedtime entertaimnent. Always consideered myself pro-Israel, still am, but I think the Isralie security people need to make tourists feel welcome instead of treating them like terriorists. There haven't been any chubby little old ladies blow up any planes, shopping areas, cars, busses or buildings to my recolection. Shalom

Review: It just shows how a warring country can hurt one's bottom line.

Review: As one who was just there, there is absolutly no feeling of war anywhere in that beautiful country except in the North. Although I can understand why people are hesitant from watching the scary looking news, they should know that NY or London are still much more dangerous statistically. The world will soon again find out what Israel is going through when Islamic fundamentalism fascism hits them. God help you then.

Review: Since when did "dealing with terrorists" mean bombing roads, power plants and innocent civilians? This is not fighting terrorism, it is terrorism.

Review: The article fails to mention that none of the affected carriers have tried lowering their prices to fill empty seats. The airlines would rather fly with empty planes than provide bargains to travelers and risk bursting the high price bubble of their fares.

Review: 0.5% effect on GDP. I wonder what about Lebanon, which has been devastated to a far greater degree and where 25% of the population is displaced. But I guess American journalists don't care about that.

Review: This is the sad outcome when a country deals with terrorists for the benefit of the world and, in turn, does not gain the worlds support. People only realize their mistakes once it is too late. The world must help Israel at all costs, otherwise Israel's problem will become the world's problem. Look at what just "happened" in London! Wake Up World. A true tragedy...
