Worldwide Mind-reading system has been around for more than 30 years. What are we hiding ? Who are we hiding from ?
So is it time to de-classify Mind-Reading system ?

Review: The eloquence in this article lies in the brief comments on the need to understand patterns and systems thinking. These are the "jewels in the crown."
Everyone can relate to the examples provided in this article because it has already happened, therefore, it is familiar to the reader.
The original architects of the case histories and Patrick Whitney and his colleagues are thankfully not bounded by the "norms" of today that drive decision making to new levels of mediocrity.

Review: Of course, it doesn't hurt that (in addition to the hip retail stores) tech-savvy audiophiles can order online and download updates as easily as they purchase tunes. Choice of channel equals choosing to purchase.

Review: The artful crafting of "the Apple System" and the growing "Google System" leads one to wonder about the state of the last generation of "Great Systematizers."
While Apple makes hay, Microsoft's interrelated products & services and Sony's "network strategy" gather dust. Their leaders are trying desperately to tame the unruly orchestra of their pieces.
As new offerings become old, I wonder if 'systematization' moves from causing new-user-delight to old-customer-ennui... After the market is captured and the new system becomes de rigueur, further innovation may add very little value to the company. Maybe its then time to play the cost game or start from scratch with fresh, 'individual' offerings?
Its a classic Innovator's Dilemma situation.

Review: Great article.
One thing though: the real iPod success story is about a mean little laundry machine and a giant underworld infrastructure that only had to be used.
Something as dirty as stolen and pixeled music never looked or felt cleaner.

Review: In line with the mind reading skills in modern day business, the issue of "Value Added Service" can not be overemphasized. The operator must be able to anticipate value-added service to complement the existing services. This can really spring surprises. The alliance between airlines was to add value to customer service. This is achieved by a customer being able to tender his ticket to any of the airlines forming an alliance. Another example of value added service in Nigeria is SmartCard owned by consortium of banks. With this alliance, I can use a single value card in any of the banks that is part of the it, unlike before where each bank has its own valuecard. I believe all what we are talking about really is doing business at the speed of thought.
