Review: Some experts recommend to raise fund for an ongoing business by selling your company on the Pink Sheet Stock market, very minimal in paper work requirement and you can raise millions of money by doing that. Investment bankers charge some fee. What are your opinions or experience on that? Anyone?

Review: Thank you, again! Followed your advice, and of course nothing comes easy. After many dead ends, paying for info on how to obtain funding, etc., I found help right in my own backyard!
Local agency liasion put me in touch with grant/funding arena. Turns out I fit criteria qualifying me for funding. No dramatic circumstances, either! For a large amount of capital, it's necessary to apply for several different types of grants, funding, and even low-interest loans of which a portion can be written off.
Oh, and it helped that I made myself visible by volunteering and fund raising, which believe it or not, really helped these decision-making people want to help me. I have told a few people about my plans, and some laugh at my methods, and think all much too exhausting.
It's also exhausting worrying about car payments, mortgage, retirement, and not taking stock in tapping into our unique creativity, thus allowing acceptance of who we are right here and now! "Edumaintenance," I call it!
