Review: Congratulations on a great article. We are a small business (restaurant) in a small town. It took us a few years to realise that we offer a unique product, that we should be confident about our offer, and that charging more for our product and service was the way to cut a circle of losses. Nevertheless, by raising prices one has to accept that you may lose part of your traditional customer base, and you need to have a strategy to make up for that.
