Review: Found the section "forget undercutting" especially key. Wonder if the author has thought of sending it to the U.S. airline industry captains? Seems they've lost sight of this key marketing strategy, given up on offering an attractive value proposition, and are all chasing the low-cost strategy to their own demise.

Review: Besides being the owner of a business, there are surely other ways of making money out of a passion/talent? What are some ways that individuals can license their ideas/creations to larger companies if they are not interested in starting an entire business?
