Review: We recently rented an apartment in central Rome through www.leisureinrome.com and had a wonderful experience. The staff were courteous and quickly replied to our queries and the apartment exactly as it was described on the website. In addition they gave us lots of information and recommendations for our stay. I can definitely recommend their services if you are going to Rome.

Review: Our experience with Romepower (<a href="http://www.romepower.com/">www.romepower.com</a>) when we were in Rome was excellent. The web site was very useful, it helped me select the right apartment based on price, location and availability.
The apartment we choose really exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate and had all the amenities we expected. Its location in Trastevere, few steps from Campo and Navona square was perfect and allowed us to walk to all the historical sites.
The limo pick up service was punctual and there was enough room for our 8
suitcases!
We were pleased with their care and attention and would certainly book again. We can recommend this agency, RomePower have been in business a long time and are very reputable.

Review: Our team work hard to ensure our apartments are immaculate, unfortunately, sometimes something may be missed. We clearly advise our guests that if they have any issues they should contact us immediately so that we can resolve them in a timely manner. Mr Wilson spoke to our office regarding the bed. Despite my team specifically asking him if there were any other issues he made no mention of any at all.
The sofa bed in question is less than 2 years old, is of good quality and standard size. Despite a team member checking the bed and finding no problem with it we realised we were unable to satisfactorily address Mr Wilson?s concerns. We of course offered a full refund so that he might choose alternative accommodation. This offer was refused and he chose to stay. He was also happy to subsequently stay with us in Barcelona free of charge.
We feel we responded to Mr Wilson in a professional, timely and appropriate way so we are disappointed to read Mr Wilson's review as we feel it does not portray the complete picture. Thankfully, we have many extremely satisfied guests, which can be seen on the testimonials posted to our website, and other unbiased websites such as Trip Advisor.

Review: Beware! I rented a holiday apartment at the beach resort or Sitges near Barcelona...Horror story! I used LovingApartments.com also known LovingSitges.com, LovingBarcelona.com, LovingAmsterdam.com, etc. The original booking was on a credit card, but they insisted that I show up with almost $2000 USD (converted into euros) in cash for check-in. The place was not clean: I found a dirty t-shirt under the sofa, the fan over the stove was caked, and it was freezing. The temp dropped and I was constantly freezing. Finally I pulled apart the heater, and the filters were so filthy it did not allow air to pass.. And then there was the sofa bed!
When I tried to sleep on it, there were wooden slats that would pop out when I turned over...with pulled muscles in my back I could hardly walk! So, I spent the time sleeping on the floor.. When I complained, they said I was too big for the bed and there was nothing they could (would do), I should have been warned. And I should have a better attitude!

Review: May I contribute with my personal experience: when travelling to Spain, I rented an apartment in the center of Barcelona with an amazing view on the old port. Really great. The agency is run by Spanish/Italians (www.pillowapartments.com). I do not remember the apartment name but it was in the Barceloneta area.

Review: If you are planning to go to Rome, have a look at Domus Colosseo apartment. It is ideal for large groups, very central and luxury.
