Review: All these sites are so slow when it comes to music or video. I recently posted on a new beta site called www.ustrive.com/willow which is absolutly incredible. Somehow these people figured out to build an entire networking site in Flash, this is the future.

Review: Social marketing offline is what they used to call Avon and Shaklee. The new technologies and bandwidth and mobility just increases the amount of things that people can do with what they have--and the number of people they can reach while doing it. Networks now realize that their lock on the message and medium are not the strategic advantage they have always been, which is something advertisers acknowledged a year ago. TasteTV.com

Review: We have been pioneering industry "self publishing" since 1994. Our company belief is that B2B makes more sense then consumer side since it is oriented to assisting company employees in their daily work by speeding to them the industry information they need. We still have a difficult time with understanding in the business community, as there is a legacy issue of understanding regarding information from the print era that is not applicable in the Internet era.... Nice article.. We keep soldering on...SMTnet.com

Review: Great article. I would say the Interpublic Group made out pretty well with the Facebook Partnership. IPG agencies receive a stake in the company and priority access to prime media space for a $10 million dollar partnership. Perhaps the most valuable aspect of this deal is: IPG will have exclusive access to Facebook's goldmine of 18-34 year old demographic data. http://www.marketing.fm/2006/06/30/facebook-interpublic-group-partnership-advertising-20/

Review: Yes, social networking websites appear to be a very promising place to advertise on. However I believe they need to learn how to sell their advertising spaces. I don't want my brand's ad to appear close to a "click here & get your visa" ad (or similar) and this is happening rather often on MySpace (just to make an example).

Review: One more example of why BusinessWeek.com is my favorite site for business and media news. Insightful, beautifully articulated, visionary -- that's what I get from BusinessWeek.com these days. Keep up the superb work!
