Review: My dad had diners while I was growing up. After 32 years on the police department, my wife and I bought a Starlite Diner and as of July 5, we're starting our seventh year. Our diner is supposed to be featured on HGTV at 7pm on Aug 26th. Our diner has become part of our community (Waverly, Ohio). When some of the older people who come in to eat every day go on a trip, they let us know ahead of time because if they don't show up, we call and check on them. We can't let diners die out.
