Review: Let's face it, a lot of RB's popularity was due to its novelty. Sure it was well-produced, but it was also generally poorly paced and Congdon, even after more than a year as host, never quite developed into a polished "anchor" (comedic or otherwise.) One only need look at Ze Frank's "The Show" to see what creativity, pace, and humor can bring to a video blog. Does this deal a blow to video blogging as a business? Perhaps, but let's wait to pass judgment until more than a handful of parties have the opportunity to evolve the idea.
