Review: You have got to be kidding me. Money laundering? Commie thugs? These people sound like they are developing a conspiracy theory. With the proper security measures in place these issues would amount to nothing.

Review: This is definitely an interesting concept. The article could have covered more on the protection available in the case of losing a pre-paid card. This definitely seems to be poised to replace regular gift cards, specific to the outlet, unless they come out with more attractive discounts.

Review: Prepaid cards are also great for anonymous use of the Internet. I donate prepaid debit cards to activists in China so that they may log into Internet Cafes and pay for Usenet and other online services without the commie thugs tracking them down.
