Review: Chizen's shortsightedness with regard to his sales organization and the fact that he took the Macromedia products and basically junked all the back-end support people will be his downfall. Too many key people were let go and there are very few Macromedia innovators left. So long as Adobe management continues to flounder in thier archaic styles and shortsighted managment style, the best of what made Macromedia great will continue to slip away. Adobe will be left with some really top notch products and a total lack of ability to do anything with them. Chizen needs to wake up and clean house.
