Review: As a business and leadership coach specializing in the business women's market, I think it is great that there is a program to help women break through the seven figure income level.
While I agree that there are external barriers -- such as marketing know-how and capital still preventing business women from making inroads in the million dollar revenue level, in my experience, the greatest barrier is an internal one. I call it the "inner glass ceiling."
It includes all the past conditioning that women have around deservedness, money beliefs/practices, belief in themselves, etc. I have found that once you can help women remove the inner barrier, there is no stopping them -- even without marketing know-how, capital, etc. Women by nature are resourceful, creative, intuitive and relationship oriented. Because of those assets, there are many women who have broken the million dollar level even without knowing a stitch about business. Anita Roddick, CEO, Body Shop, is an example.
