Review: As an ex-Infoscion, I feel so attached to this story. He has employed thousands of Indians and made them millionaires. His car driver is also a millionaire. Thanks a lot, Dr. Murthy, may God bless you!

Review: It is easy to respect NRN and learn from his down-to-earth conduct and vision. He has created wealth and better lives for people more than any loud-mouthed politician. There are so many CEOs who have created huge cash piles for themselves and at the same time shortchanged their employees. In such times, NRN stands out as a gem who took care of all stakeholders very ably.

Review: To my U.S. and European counterparts who suggest that the driver for globalization is cheaper labor - not true! The real challenge for those resisting globalization and Indian vendors is quality and momentum. As Mr. Murthy suggests, why fight it? Embrace globalization and benefit from the trend -- you and your family deserve it. Your other option is to continue to resist and experience early, albeit probably financially painful, retirement.

Review: Yes, Mr. Murthy is a great individual. The case of the founder entrepreneur hanging around too long with his company should not turn out to be true in his case! Infosys needs to scale new challenges and should benefit from his guidance AND new management at the same time. Given his larger than life image, any role he accepts at Infosys may tend to constrain the management into the current ways of thinking. Having said that, his contribution to the industry and the country is nothing less than phenomenal!

Review: I agree with Dr. Murthy on his views on globalization and its effect on jobs in any country. The U.S. has always supported globalization and always derived the benefits of globalization with low-cost goods. For some who lose jobs -- and there are very few -- because they don't want to accept change and prepare to take on changes may lose out. Globalization has been beneficial to all who have embraced it. Even countries who have realized it late are going the extra mile to catch up with others. Hope we will have good and humble world leaders like Dr. Murthy for total upliftment of world economics and society.

Review: I not only see a clear and categorical expression of wisdom ,but also a concern and pre-warning of a responsible citizen in the words of Mr.Narayana Murthy. Hats off! May you live longer with health and prosperity. Regards, Ramki.
