Review: Flat screen TVs are a mistake as RSH cannot own a cap-turn operation unless they reduce their SGA significantly. That will lead to even poorer customer service. RSH needs to focus on consumables and high-margin merchandise, along with convenient subscription services. Someone needs to do a case study on the company and stop trying to play catch-up with big box retailers. Poor employee treatment and lack of innovation has destroyed what was once an American icon. RSH will never be what it once was. Sell and move on.
