Review: I own a 2008 gt500. It is what it is, an american muscle car. the look is what got me, reminds me of the 69 mustang i used to dream about as a boy. every time i drive it i get a rush. I wish ford would have put a little more thought into the rear suspension. Wheel hop is a big problem for the gt500, cost me $5000 to get the suspension to where ford should have had it. That said i love the car and love driving it. as for mileage, the gt loves fuel, but who cares. my c6 vette claims better fuel rating, however drive it like its ment to be driven and fuel economy is out the window with it as well. If you want raw power, the ability to add lots more power, and a rush when your driving, the gt500 Rocks!!

Review: I own a Mustang Cobra. It has been a very disappointing car in too many ways to say in 1000 characters. Let me just say I will be getting a Corvette. The base Corvette can be purchased for $40,795. It has a far better suspension, a top speed of 180 mph, and gets 19/28 mpg (no guzzler tax here). The allure of the Mustang was always bang for the buck. That title belongs to the Corvette now! There is more to performance than just horsepower. Bill Ford is trying to undo the damage of the Nasser years. I applaud him for that, but a $40,000 to $50,000 Mustang that gets 12 mpg doesn't cut it with me.
