Review: I would like to ask, when will the gap company open the store in south of Europa (Italy, Austria, Slowenia,...). Because, there is not posibility, to compare quality between Zara products and Gap produkts. (I wear my Gap Jacket more than five years, and it is like new). And on the other hand, I do not have comment about my one year old Zara jacket.
Just keep your quality.

Review: I agree wholeheartedly with the article on several points. I worked for The Gap in Florida almost twelve years ago, yet when I visit stores today, I see most of the same styles, in the same colors, season after season consistently. The Gap has spent millions of dollars on its Banana Republic brand, leaving the basic Gap, just that, basic. I love European fashion, and the femininity of its clothing lines. In order to succeed in Europe and the US, The Gap needs to include more that just cashmere and deep v-necks to its "collections" to compete with the likes of Zara.
The move to have a London based design team is bold, smart and on the money. I will be looking forward to the 2007 lines for Parisian inspired blouses and London tailored trousers.
Thanks...
