Review: When I downloaded the security package, the email screen on my AOL 9.0 program was significantly reduced by an enlarged advertising block. I now have space for only a few lines of email between the heading and advertisement. The technical department answered my email inquiry by saying it could not be changed. This development leads me to conclude that I don't need AOL any more. I've been wondering why I send AOL $15.00 per month, but it's certainly not for the pleasure of being abused like this. It's quite remarkable really.

Review: You can't beat Symantec for security. I've been with AOL a long time, but even with McAfee, I still get Norton Security through Symantec.
Don't bleed youself, AOL!

Review: I have a Mac and I think the Mac has more than adequate security features already built into it. In addition, few hackers try to hack Macs because they comprise only 5% to 10% of the personal computer market. I remain a devout AOL customer, with or without its new security package.

Review: AOL should offer all dial-up services through Netscape only and broadband through AOL and take the hit now instead of slowly bleeding to death. Maybe offer this security feature with Netscape and charge a liitle extra for it. You must try something different or this company will bleed to death.
