Review: We have our virtual world also in Italy.
We developed a virtual Rome with several sponsors inside:

Review: I think the virtual worlds we're seeing right now online will become more and more important and will be a part of any marketing campaign very soon, just as any online ads. I've covered that project on http://nunuzz.com (French only for the moment!)

Review: Yep, that's what I was thinking when I left my last comment about taxing virtual profits. All that needs to happen is for an open source project on SourceForge.net to start building a virtual world that is part peer-to-peer, part centralized and persistent to create this online world. The peer-to-peer would help people exchange materials, but users would also need an SSL-option to conduct commerce transactions within the virtual space. Remember a few years ago when people were speculating on the idea of 3D-products based on flash or other technologies? Never really took off did it? Well, now it can if these virtual worlds keep developing.
