Review: I realize your audience may primarily reside in the USA where it may be illegal to download music from P2P sites like BitTorrent. However, I find blanket, unqualified statements like "... downloading them is illegal" inaccurate in their incompleteness. People in other areas of the world, like Canada for example, do not share this restriction. For people residing in Canada, it is legal to download music through P2P networks. When the record labels have tried to overturn this in the courts, they have consistently lost. Whether this type of downloading is immoral or not is another question, but it is definitely not universally illegal.
I would think that you, as I'm sure you and your publication consider you to be an honourable and truth-telling journalist, should qualify your statement with the country to which you are referring.

Review: In Canada, I pay a tax to buy CDs. That tax goes to record labels. I can download and burn what I want: I paid for the right to do so.
