Review: I've tried other ISP's and found them lacking. AOL's customer service is free, so is the anti-virus protection. I guess I'm just used to it, but it's extremely easy to navigate and I love all the options and speed. Sorry for you other folks!

Review: Lets cut to the quick, AOL rewards loyal dial-up customers by raising their membership fee, of course! Good dial-up elsewhere is now $9.95. Does anyone at AOL management have any common sense? One other issue at AOL is their "Welcome" page. If you click on what looks like an interesting link you are going to get hammered with advertisements long before you get to where you thought you were going. Who needs that scam? Duh, welcome suckers! I will be switching to another ISP--ASAP.

Review: In2TV offers a rather appealing menu of old television programs, but their delivery sucks, so they've pretty much lost me in that venue. It's interesting that I tend to enjoy superior quality video streams from smaller providers, as opposed to those served by such giants as AOL, NBC, CBS, Fox, etc.

Review: How will a high fuel-cost triggered recession affect online advertising overall, and AOL in particular?

Review: AOL-- Their dial-up is slow and DSL costly. Also, customer service is poor.

Review: AOL's days are numbered. Nobody paying them for lack of content anymore. Even newbies in the Public Library have more content than AOL can supply. Chatrooms are "old hat." Blogs have left them in the dust like it is preschool. AOL is good for the pre-school crowd only. The former CEO S. Case & his stock option deals left a bad taste in every adult and former investors minds. They would be better to change the name of the company & move on. No hope for them as AOhell anymore.

Review: AOL needs to reevaluate its dial-up service. As a former user it is way too intrusive with so much crap connected to using the service, such as spy zapper, etc. My firewall had close to 10 items listed just for AOL alone. Plus, they need to adjust their pricing. You can get good service out there for only $9.95, not $24.95 Thank you

Review: Not exactly free from bias. AOL has massive potential and it's putting its plan for renewal and growth into action. Yeah, it has been a while coming. But it is coming. With TWX near its low, I think the stock is worth holding for risk-averse, value-minded investors. One good thing, though; I learned that "ail" was indeed a noun form as well as a verb.
