Review: I am aware of a big tech company that did considerable research to figure out why Korea always seems to be ahead of the technology curve. They never figured it out. I did some legal work during the dot.com boom for a Korean Internet company that would give PC users all sorts of cool things if the user would essentially let it take over the computer and show targeted ads nearly all the time. This company had already signed up a shocking number of people in Korea for its service, but it never got anywhere in the U.S. I think it was because Korea is a homogenous society without the deep fear of "Big Brother" held by most other countries. I wonder how OKCashbag will translate outside Korea. I think China will be very interesting because China obviously already has a "Big Brother" in its own government, yet the Chinese are independent and private people just the same.
