Review: Welcome to the new world of today. It's all a big monopoly. Companies suing other comanies to insure survival. No different than the many frivolous lawsuits in the world stemming from nothing to merely getting fat off of a McDonald's cheese burger. We havet Microsoft at the top of the chain along with Wal-Mart coming in second. In the end we will find that the whole wireless e-mail battle, along with other things, were all for nothing--especially with the knowledge and innovation within each individual company. If all of them put their heads together and worked together this would bring the capabilities of a superior product. Instead everyone is only worried about how full each other's pockets can get. What a waste of time, money, and resources.

Review: If RIM settled earlier there wouldn't be problems. But now as the amount is so high I hear about these patent trolls that do nothing but buy patents in hope they can sue for big bucks. Actually the suit had been going on for years before the creator died. Also on the Visto site it signed a licensing right on December 14, 2005. I wouldn't trust any business that makes a significant part of its money from lawsuits. Licenses maybe.

Review: What a bunch of criminals. The US I/P system is a total joke, and given the 1/2 of value creation in the US is in new industries, this threatens the very essence of American capitalism.
