Review: This is all good advice, but the reality is that if someone registers your trademark in China before you do, the chances of striking that trademark are slim to none. Unless you are a Coca Cola or a Gucci or a Boeing, it is nearly impossible to claim that your trademark was a well known trademark in China at the time the other entity filed "your" trademark in China. www.chinalawblog.com
