Review: Good article. I could not agree more, that in order to improve writing it needs to be done consistently. Furthermore, I like that the article points out that taking a class in the subject one can improve that skill. That is one of the reasons why I?m taking Business Communication.

Review: I couldn't agree more with this article! Looking back on high school I remember learning a small fraction of what is needed for great writing and communication skills. Communication is key when it comes to many things and if everyone could learn how to communicate in many forms, than I think they will be much more prepared in all aspects of life. However that is just my opinion.
I think another important topic should be how to learn and remember. I have found so many students learn a great amount while in school, but then easily forget when the information cannot be applied.

Review: My name is Artavia Rogers and I loved the Article.it tells you how you can improve your writing skills by taking required courses in your curriculum, also how so many high students aren't prepared for college writing. Some people develop their skills at an early age or by taking pre college courses, some schools aren't preparing students for this.

Review: This artical is very interesting! I think that if they would adavance classes in high school then they should make sure to have extra help for the students. It would be a real help for the students that go to college because it wouldn't be a drag to start college. Students would have the knowlege to fly through college and start a better future for them selves.

Review: This is a great article! I think that students should learn college level reading and college professional writing in high school so that when they do attend college, this already prepared them for college. Being in the business field, I believe that you should be professional at writing and reading, because you will be dealing with lots of presentations, the way you talk or communication and working on project.

Review: I tell my students this everyday. They do not understand the importance no matter how many times you tell them. Do you think a Rapp song might help? Ha, ha, ha.

Review: Only 51% of all high school students who took the college entrance exam are prepared for college-level reading, according to a report released last month by the American College Testing Program (ACT). Essentially, anyone deemed "ready" has a 75% chance of earning a grade of C or higher and a 50% chance of a getting a B or higher in reading-intensive college classes.

I think that is just sad!
