Review: I have had a Riccar 1100 for several years and just recently the engine seized. I went back to my vacuum store to get another 1100 only to find that they were no longer available. I bought the sunburst and took it back after a couple of weeks fighting it to clean. Riccar made a huge mistake in changing the way the hose hooked to the canister and the hose having the on/off switch as well as being able to control the suction with the same switch. I have been looking online trying to find a store that might still have a Riccar 1100 to no avail. I am not sure what I am going to buy now but I am surely disappointed in Riccar for no longer making the best vacuum machine ever.

Review: As a retailer who sales both vacuums, miele and simplicity,uprights abd caisters. I believe that you can not find a better vacuum than the synergy. If these two companys vacuums were the only vacuums I sold than I would not need to employ three full time service techs. also in these hard earning times who wants to throw away money into our land fills.

Review: I just purchased my new Freedom Simplicity ,i tryed it out in store .IT only weighs 8lbs.I know i am going too love it ,i also bought the canister.I cant wait too vacuum whole house.& yes this is great its MADE IN USA ST JAMES MO .THIS IS GREAT .THANK YOU FROM MO

Review: I owned a rainbow sweeper for over 20 years, had to fill with water and lug around the heavy canister..imagine doing that all those years.. 2 days ago i bought a Riccar RSL5, its only 8 pounds, has powerful suction and few other perks.. I love it ,,, its like a miracle.. Thank you

Review: When we invested in top quality carpet we knew we had to invest in a top quality vacuum. I did my research and today some 10 years later I am still loving my RICCAR and my carpet is still gorgeous. If you really want to use your time and money wisely, buy a Riccar. You won't regret it and you will love knowing that your vacuum cleaner is doing just that... keeping your carpet CLEANER!!

Review: I must say I remember I did walk into the vacuum store in once to just check out the Riccar vacuums even though I had been diehard Kirby for a long time and ended up walking out with a new R500 and I absolutely love that thing I tell everyone I know who's looking for a new vac to get a Riccar
