Review: Andrew Neff is a shining example of what appears to be wrong with Wall Street "analysts" these days! At least to this small investor. How can he possibly describe their outlook as "weak," when they just posted profits that were up nearly 20 per cent from a year ago? What they should have posted profits of 25 per cent? Bear Stearns needs a new outlook, because by focusing on the "near-term," they proven once again why they do not appear on my list of credible analysts!
