Review: I bought a new Ford F150 XLT Super crew 4X4 in August 2007.
A little expensive but worth it.
Not one problem since I had it.
Oct. 2009- I still love it.

Review: bought an '07 f150 and was very pleased at first, but then i found out really quickly that the "best offroad truck" didn't have the power it needed or the axles it should have!!!!! i blew both front and rear axles and warrenty wouldn't cover it because i m a young guy!!!great styling though. i guess that i will have to start welding in the gear that ford wouldn't.

Review: I just purchased a F-150,XLT Ford pickup. I'm really likeing the truck so far. It is a little sluggish unless you really get into it and she goes. What I really like about it is, the truck is 95% American made.

Review: Are you American? Remember one thing: the Japanese never want to by American cars; they just buy their own goods because it's good for their country. Americans should buy American cars and support Ford, Chevy, Chrysler to overcome their problems.

Review: When I first saw the 07 f150 Harley, I fell in love. After I got it, different story. They put a remote starter in it, and now nothing but problems. I'm not happy with the power-- it needs more. Audio sucks. I had a better stereo in my Kia sport. AAA on looks, though.

Review: Ford has always built a really nice truck and a lot of people the company credit. It is easier to bash something if you don't own it. Put your money where your mouth is and give Ford a chance, you'll see the difference.

Review: Sadly Ford has started to fall by the wayside in terms of quailty control on their F-150 series. I have a 2001 King Ranch, which has proven to be unworthy of the age-old Ford Truck reputation. The day that overseas markets start competing with the larger F-150, 250, and 350 series, is the day American truck maunfactuers are in trouble. Hopefully, they will get their act together or lose thousands of what were once faithful Ford buyers.

Review: Great piece, been a F-150 owner for long time, but I sure wish those Ford engineers had a contractors job for a month or two, We who build and do finish work surely miss the eight foot bed formerly offered on the XLT xtra cab. Great for tool security, carrying an eight foot ladder flat with the tail gate closed, and occasionaly squeezing in a couple of helpers. End of the week clean up the xlt and take it to a car show with the wife and kids. Pure comfort nice ride to bad you can't get the set up till you order an overkill F-350 or a heavy duty 250 with 4WD. Both of which require keeping a four-foot ladder handy so you can enter the vehicle. Just answered my own question keep the ladder in the back of the short bed and it is right there when you need it...

Review: Ford's Harley edition is a great truck, too bad the new model isn't supercharged like the 2003 Anniv. Edit. Now that one kicks a$$

Review: Thane Peterson here, the BW Online reviewer. Thanks for the comments. TIMB, my concerns about reliability are baased on Consumer Reports. We'll see if JD Power shows any slippage when overall quality ratings for the '06 F 150 come out on June 7. The '05 F 150 got a very high rating: only 99 problems per 100 vehicles sold, best in its segment. By comparison, the Toyota Tundra had 104 problems per hundred, and the Nissan Titan, 154.
PureBS, the crash test problems you're referring to were for the previous generation of the F 150. Ford redesigned the truck in '04 and the current version--the one I reviewed--gets the highest possible ratings in front end crash tests.
