Review: For those that haven't watched the Top Gear show covering this vehicle I suggest you do so. They paired it against a high end motorcycle. Yes, the motocycle was faster out of the gates, but this car passed it at the first turn and never looked back. Motorcycle faster? Only if you drive on a drag strip.

Review: Keep your 'vette, and the Atom will leave you in the dust in every conceivable way.
A car is inherently safer than a motorcycle, too. Also, you'd be a fool not to track this car, and I'd feel much more comfortable pushing a car to its limits than I would on a bike.

Review: This is a 4-wheel motorcycle for those without the skills or machismo to ride one. The "amazing" body/chassis is straight from a modern superbike + two wheels. Want some really cheap thrills with a street-legal (everywhere) go-fast machine? Try the Kawasaki ZX-14.1352cc 196hp,1/4 mi.in 9.65 sec @147 mph, 186 mph(limited) w/ no windows or top! The price? $11,499.

Review: Speaking as an R&D toolmaker with 40-plus years of service, in my opinion, the quality and workmanship shown in the under dash shot looks like the car was assembled by 8th grade sheet metal shop dropouts.

Review: By the time this car would reach production the price would skyrocket and be unaffordable for the average person. Once in a while, they throw us something affordable, then the theory of supply and demand takes effect.

Review: Yes why not have a perfect car, license it to the USA, then reduce performance and reliability by replacing the best 4 cylinder engine in the world with a cobalt engine. What a shame.

Review: Next time talk about the MPG in town, highway, and while racing. Does it run on racing gas or just unleaded regular? Will it burn straight ethanol?

Review: Might as well ride a motorcycle.
Lightweight, high horsepower, faster, and cheaper.
