Review: Wait until you see the new Dunkin' stores. We have one of these new store models in Pawtucket, R.I., and it's a huge improvement in look and feel. I understand they will be updating all of the old- style shops and decor.

Review: We have 4 DD in Hernando but the taste is different in each one. The quality always was the same but recently it has changed. I do enjoy the coffee but the lines are too long. You should have a system analyst visit the local stores in Florida and follow the operations in the south Jersey that are very efficient. Also there is a gap of coverage on us 95 the last store being in Jacksonville, Fla. and the next one in Maryland. How about addressing this problem?

Review: Probably Dunkin Donuts should only sell coffee and donuts but not bagels. Another thing they should avoid is trying to mix milk/cream and sugar themselves and leaving the mixing to the customer. I have been an ardent fan of the coffee for a long time but for the last two years the customer service has been outrageously bad. My coffee doesn't taste good any more. I now try to go to Quick Check to make my own coffee. They should concentrate on quality and service and forget the offerings. Ultimately, the plain old coffee should be the bread and butter for the company and not niche drinks!
