Review: Will these smartphones be Vista compatible? Does this mean that these same government offices will not upgrade to Vista anytime soon? In large part, I thought Vista would not be backwards compatible with XP.

Review: The GSMA has brought down the cost of GSM handset to $20 for developing countries. Excellent initiative for $100 smart phone.
