Review: Quite a contradictory statement released on the same day -- that it will be doubling its headcount in India. The rumors are all around.

Review: Makes sense to me that Computer Sciences has been slower to outsource, since they hold so many government contracts. I think security should be a bigger concern when outsourcing work to third world countries. Data and its integrity are companies' most valuable asset.

Review: And why would IBM do an aquistion of CSC? They had enough problems with the PWC deal, and PricewaterhouseCoopers was the top Systems Integration firm at the time.
