Review: Very interesting, particularly since Chinese staffing firms have an interest in leveraging the Internet to source and place candidates - given the distance and difference in cultures between them and foreign employers, the Internet and software as a service applications would give them the most visibility and efficiency into finding qualified candidates.

Review: Great article! China, and Asia as a whole, are beginning to pick up "Western" business practices that enhance efficiencies in every step of business. My company is now working in China to further improve the efficiency of selecting the right person for the right job in a whole new way. The market is very exciting right now.
