Review: It's a challenge to express truth to the world. Hereafter, balance of power can be expected in information. Al Jazeera should talk about the double standard of my America in terms of Israel and the rest of the world. Also, talking something else regarding Sudan, especially Darfur, and Iran and North Korea. We hope that we can see different types of opinions by Al Jazeera.

Review: I subscribe to a pluralist world, and worldview for that matter. I believe that Al Jazeera, among other information sources, will enrich my perspective of our world and my understanding of the peoples with whom I co-inhabit this strife-stricken planet. My caveat I think will always be "where pluralism thrives, there humanity survives," and you may quote me on that.

Review: I would welcome an English version of Al Jazeera. For too long world audiences have had to put up with CNN International. For once, instead of Americans telling others what to think, we'll have a chance to listen to the rest of the world. If anyone doubts Al Jazeera's commitment to journalism they only have to go it's English website.

Review: I think Al Jazeera International would be a great platform for Americans to understand Middle East, Arab and Muslim viewpoints. And, also to participate in discussions with them. American cable operators must welcome Al Jazeera International and give them space, otherwise a great opportunity to see the other side would be lost.

Review: It just shows how arrogant americans never want to hear the truth. If it was an Israeli news channel it would be very different.

Review: It looks like al Jazeera International has made deals with distributers in the UK, India, Australia, France, and Germany. Internet rumor has it that the DISH network in America is cutting a deal with al Jazeera International. Some broadcast personalities and companies, American and foreign, will stoop very low to make money.

Review: I think it would be interesting to receive this in the U.S. I watch a lot of different news outlets to get different takes on International news. I believe getting the point of view from a part of the world many Americans are ignorant about would be educational.

Review: My household does not watch TV. I am not a news junkie. I read, listen and surf, and will very much appreciate a source and perspective outside NPR and the BBC.

Review: A lot of my tax dollars are going into the Middle East. I want to know why. I want to hear both sides of reporting the news so I can make my own judgments, and about my country's (U.S.) foreign policy.

Review: Being a DISH subscriber, I very much look forward to receiving al Jazeera broadcasts. As an American, I am tired of being spoon-fed the American perspective on Middle East news. I welcome the views of a less filtered broadcast. Please consider that not all Americans are opposed to the Arab perspective.
