Review: I can't find the magazine in XI'an's newsstands. A guy told me that Hao Fang, the managing editor of RollingStone Chinese edition, is short of money. He is not given that much money for launching the magazine.

Review: Count how many ads are there on the first edition of Rolling Stone's Chinese brother? Only if the mag can keep this good start. Ad companies' budget is just that big.
