Review: Recently at work, I has a coworker question why I did not have children, and what religion I was. I do not discuss medical history with coworkers, and he said that I would never fit into the LDS Mormon religion since I did not have children. Little did he know that I am unable to have children due to a medical condition. I think that it is inappropriate to ask people about their personal lifestyle as well as religion and politics. Also, blasting someone for there personal lifestyle choice, and insulting them with religious comments should be addressed as well.

Review: Personally I think that the money discussion would be a part of an important issue, but to mention about what you buy and spend is inappropriate. In order for employees to know and understand where they want their goals, monetarily, not too mention if they are getting low-balled on salary, discrimination, etc. This type of thing is still alive in the workplace today and truly should be addressed.

Review: Great article. My latest pet peeve are people who think they're so important that they must always use their speaker phone -- so that everyone can hear how important they are.

Review: I'm going to go out on a limb and disagree slightly on the money issue--not to talk about how much you spend, but how much people earn. It's a radical idea in organization management now to have open compensation policies. The idea is that you can't properly motivate people with compensation if they have no frame of reference. Since this type of information tends to circulate anyway, usually inaccurately, it's better to lift the taboo and give everyone the correct point of comparison.

Review: Under personal habits please add that you should bathe daily if you have body odor problems and brush your teeth. Your co-workers have to breathe all of that odor that is coming off you!

Review: I definately have to agree with the money talk. I already know how much more they make than me, I write the checks! I don't need to hear what they do with it. A little common courtesy goes a long way.

Review: I have to echo the NO FRAGRANCE rule. For those of us with lung problems - this is a major issue and frequently gets blown off.

Review: The invitations rule is especially good. Sneaking around and inviting certain employees to an outing is not acceptable either especially if the un-invited ones find out. That has happened where I currently work. Things have not been the same since.

Review: Under keep it to themselves: please do not tell others how hard you work and how much you have to do. It is a waste the time for those who are truly working.
