Review: I've been a regular user of DDR since I was 13 and it helped me in so many ways. It made me a quicker athlete in wrestling and it also helped me lose weight for wrestling. It's finally a fun and physical activity that any person of any level can take part in. Why not put it in schools? After I have a DDR session I feel great. It's also a good mental workout. Becoming good at the game takes quick thinking combined with quick reflexes.
