Review: I saw a new device in CeBIT today, which uses H.264 codec. What is interesting is it does not need a PC or Laptop to watch the home TV. You simply put a decoder (with RJ45, power socket and AV O/P) and connected to you monitor and TV set. Then you can watch whatever channels you like from your home box set up. It can also store recorded video via the decoder using USB HD and play it when you are free to watch. This also removes the bandwidth problem. IPMA is from Hong Kong and this is the first time they show this Pixie Televiewer device anywhere in the world.
