Review: I found this article very intresting, and it set me thinking about the whole buisness of a personal brand, a you brand (quite a snazzy way of putting it, I thought). It inspired me to do a bit of a search, and I discoverd that www.youbrand.com is in fact owned by someone. A short bit of detective work later (well a simple whois search any way)I found the owners are a company called Personal Presentation Ltd (www.personalpresentation.com). But they don't even seem to be using the domain for some crazy reason. The bit that really gets me about this article is how do you go about working out what your brand really is in the first place?? Look forward to more stuff on this subject as I think this is integral to 21st century life and business. As Personal Presentation say on there site "Brands succeed when they live up to their promise - and fail when they don't. So do people."

Review: I am in total agreement that you need to dress apart from the rest b cos this is what the first impression that one sees and makes up in one's mind when someone first walks into the room packed with excited people....

Review: I liked the part of finding your passion and identifying your mission. This does provide a focal point.

Review: I strongly agree with what Donald Trump said, "If you don't have passion, you don't have energy. I use my hands a lot when communicating. I notice my husband and kids do as well, so I was glad to read that it is a good thing :-)

Review: Tom Peters (In Search of Excellence and one who exudes passion) made "Brand You" popular a while ago. On his blog he recently extolled Benjamin Franklin, a true Renaissance Man, as having defined Brand You 300 years ago.

Review: You can also read "You, Inc.," a book by Burke Hedges. It describes a lot about your attitude and how you should think to become successful.
