Review: Tread VERY carefully on this one my fellow colleagues.
There ARE success stories however, this action, especially in certain specific areas of the country, will sink you further into debt without a patient to suture.
A VERY bad idea in NYC, Pennsylvania, Mass., Chicago, Maryland and LA.
Do massive amounts of homework; TRUST ME.
