Review: I dont have a specific comment about the article, I simply have a million dreams and ideas that i know will help Walt Disney World an even more magical place to be. I am a 32 year old dreamer, I have been a teacher for 9 years and I currently own and run a Real Estate Company, but the real me is looking for an opportunity to enter into the doors of Disney to share all my creative ideas and dreams and leave them as a dream come true for generations of families to come....I know this may sound crazy for most of the world, but I know I am "Disney Material" and I have a heart fool of ideas that have written "Disney" all over....so I am knocking doors until someone is ready to hear what I have to share....

Review: For the first time since Walt Disney's passing there is hope that the company will be helmed by leaders with a vision driven by their heart -- not their pocketbook.
But true visionaries like Walt are financial risk-takers, and in corporate Hollywood that means gambling hundreds of millions of company dollars on dreams with no guarantee of success. Therefore the new team Disney must have the support of stockholders and board members who aren't typically in the habit of betting massive fortunes on creative long shots.
Without that support, the two new men will end up as figureheads retreading old formulas devoid of the sort of innovation that built the Disney company.
I sincerely hope that the new team will be given the corporate endorsement needed to foster and realize their visions. It's been too long since we last saw the spirit of Walt -- either in the screening room or the board room.

Review: Steve Jobs is a genius in his own right, but also has a talent for assembling the best of the best talent: Lasseter, Ives, Tevanian, Wozniak. I think he can do that because people know they will be contributing to something bigger than themselves; not a hack-job product, like they would be producing at Dell, or Microsoft, or someplace like that.
