Review: if I am right, an individual just opened his company alone last month in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, which means the regulation has loosened for private business in China. More news is that the President of MSM, a leading Chinese semiconductor company, was just honored as the businessman of year in China last year. All show that the entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged in China, despite the existing flawness of regulation and environment.
