Review: IM has become poplular due to the young Internet users. I personally don't need it and I think it impairs people's way of communicating. If people were taught how to touch type properly, they could type anything in an e-mail faster than they could hunt and peck for it. IM isn't convenient quickness, it's laziness.

Review: Sarah, I think you nailed it. A lot of companies have had IM security on the radar, but are waiting for serious security and compliance compelling events to justify the budget expense. The general consensus now is that IT security organizations know that they need a specialized solution for IM -- that and a million other things.
