Review: Does anyone know the law regarding seat belts in a classic car that does not have seat belts in it. I am concerned about my 5 year old riding in the car. We have a booster but no restraint. Seems it would be better to not have the booster at all...

Review: What steps can you take if you know someone who continously violates this law and continues to endanger a child that should be in a car seat, but refuses to and thinks that he is above the law and that nothing will happen just because he is also a police officer? Any ideas? Any way that I could anonymously report him?

Review: What is the law in the state of Maine as far as the child safety law? I mean, if they are rear facing how much do they need to weigh or what before I can turn my son around so he is facing forward?
