Review: Another driver pulled out in front of my son and I. The airbags in our 1996 Toyota Camry did not deploy. We were traveling about 20-25 MPH. Should I contact Toyota about this?

Review: I was the driver in an accident were the driver and passenger airbags deployed. The passenger was killed due to the airbag deploying. I would like to know why the air bag deployed and this was not a front end collision. the car ended up straddling a center median strip with all tires on the ground. This was a 1994 Lincoln Towncar.
