Review: I'm from Madrid, and I find it odd that a piece about Cava fails to mention the current political controversy over Catalan separatism, which has led to an informal consumer movement in Spain to boycott Catalan-made Cava (a reaction to Catalan radicals' boycott of Spanish products, and efforts to sabotage Madrid's Olympic candidacy). No wonder they're trying to sell their Cava abroad.

Review: I am from Catalonia, where the Cava is made, and I can say to all of you that it is an excellent drink that produces an excellent emotion in the mouth. I want you to apologize for my bad writing, but I would like to invite you to taste Cava and enjoy of it.
