Review: I think Sony better hurry with this new "cell" processor, with AMD and Intel making so many new processors. Even if it is as good as they say, it will be obsolete in 6 months anyway.

Review: I am all about Sony. It is the cost of their products that is the problem.

Review: Intel is a good company to work for but they are not able to change their linear focus on processor speed into multipule processor application platfrom research and development. I really respect my co-workers who try so hard to find an application--any appliction--that can require multiple processors to increase silicon sales for the digital/home office. Yes. they have money but they don't reward innovation enough to attract or keep the gifted. I wish them well but I think Sony, AMD, and IBM will innnovate ahead.

Review: They are complaining about the media blowing things out of proportion and look at them exaggerating all the facts. The point is that no matter what, when it is all said and done, we always admire what Sony comes up with and it is always ahead in quality, meeting expectations and besting the competition. If you want to buy quality and afford it you are going to buy Sony.

Review: Some believe in ghosts and some don't. I never did until I saw one. I tell people, but they didn't believe me. I can't wait until they see one.

Review: This story is laughable. Sony won't sell 200 million PS3's and they will be hard-pressed to sell 200 million Cell processors. No where on the production curve does the PS3 console actually make a profit for Sony. If they lose $200 per console, they'd lose $40 billion at 200 million units sold. Also, the demand for Blu-Ray just isn't there. I have heard no one saying they wish they could get a Blu-ray drive this Christmas. Sony overreacted to the Xbox, panicked, and overbuilt the game console so much it is now out of the price range of the average gamer. First and foremost this was supposed to be a game console. Sony has gotten further and further away from the original goal of the PlayStation.
