Review: Very good article and it's clear that Clinton has been through this and speaks from experience. We find that most people don't really know and are merely following. We have learnt that the crucial issue is to make this the only way rather than layer it on top of waterfall models. Many firms use XP to hide the fact that the majority use waterfall. We have had a huge success already but we need to keep going to truly embed it 100%. There is no better way.
